Complex cases quoted higher. Fees are for craft, time, materials, and documentation — not for a guaranteed result. Sliding scale available for survivors of domestic violence and stalking on a case-by-case basis; ask in your intake. Design Desk tiers do not include the cost of casting your working — you provide the materials, you do the ritual. If $75 is grocery money this week, wait. The desk will be here.
Payment & Terms
Plain rules of the desk.
- Workings (Case Desk): $75 intake paid up front, before divination. Non-refundable in all cases — this is my time reading your case, regardless of what I decide.
- Full ritual fee due after you sign off on the written protocol, before casting begins.
- Ritual fee refunds: if I decline the case at divination, the ritual fee is never charged. If I deviate from your written protocol without your consent, you receive a full refund of the ritual fee once the discrepancy is shown. No ritual fee refund once a working is complete. The $75 intake fee is separate and non-refundable in all cases.
- Design cases (Design Desk): $75 fit-check paid up front, before divination. Non-refundable in all cases — same rule as the working intake.
- Tier fee ($225 or $475) invoiced only after the fit-check confirms the working is designable. If I decline at fit-check, the tier fee is never charged.
- Tier fee refund window: full refund if you cancel before the 90-minute consult call; 50% refund if you cancel after the consult but before written protocol delivery; no refund after protocol delivery.
- Design craft-integrity: if the delivered protocol materially misrepresents what we agreed on the consult call and I refuse to correct it in the one revision pass, full refund of the tier fee.
- All fees in USD. Any North Carolina tax that applies is shown on the invoice.
- Payment through Stripe by emailed invoice. Discreet line-item description at your request.
- If someone else reads your bank or card statement, pay from an account only you can see: your own card, a prepaid card bought with cash, or a bank account in your name alone. The charge posts under a plain business name, not Thornwork. Ask for the discreet line item and the invoice says Consultation services and your reference, nothing more.
- Cancel after paying the ritual fee but before the first working night: ritual fee back, less materials already bought for your case, itemized. Once the first night is lit, the working is in motion; I finish it and document it, and there is no refund.
- If anything on my side stops a working, you get the ritual fee back in full and the record of what was done.
- Reschedule a consult or working call with 24 hours' notice at no cost. A missed call without notice counts as the call.
- Something wrong? Write to intake@thornworkrituals.com with your reference before you call your bank. I answer with the record. Chargebacks on completed, documented work are contested with that record.
- Payment plans for workings over $400: two or three equal payments by arrangement. Casting begins after the first; the record is delivered after the last. Ask in your intake.
- No cash, no crypto, no barter for services. This is a business with taxes and paperwork.
