1. 01

    Intake

You fill out the intake form — situation, named target or subject, timeline, budget, safety notes, consent for anyone represented in the working. The $75 intake is paid up front and is non-refundable in all cases. It buys my time reading your case, no matter what I decide.

  2. 02

    Divination

Within 72 hours of the intake fee clearing, I open the case with cards, bones, or scrying — whichever the case calls for. I ask the specific question your intake raises. If the answer is no — wrong working, wrong practitioner, wrong time — I say so and the ritual fee is never charged. The intake fee stays with me; that's what paid for the read.

  3. 03

    Written Protocol

If we're going forward, you get a written protocol: what deities and dead I'm calling, what material components will be used, what the working targets, what the working does not target, and what mundane steps you run alongside it. You review and consent in writing before anything is lit.

  4. 04

    Casting

The ritual runs on the schedule the case demands — some workings take a night, some run over several moon phases, some anchor to a court date or moving day. I document as I go. Photographs, timestamps, tally of components used.

  5. 05

    Written Case Record

You receive a sealed case record: what I did, when, and what came up during the work. If the divination showed something you need to know about — a second layer, an ancestor speaking, a mundane threat — it's in the record. This is your document. If I accept a request, I may retain the information necessary to perform and document the work in separate records under my control. Those records are not stored in this website's intake database and go to no one outside the processors named in the Privacy Notice.

  6. 06

    Follow-Up & Aftercare

Every case includes at least one follow-up divination in the window the case calls for (14 days, 28 days, day-of-hearing, whatever fits). If the work needs re-tuning, we discuss what a second layer costs and whether it's the right move. If you need a referral to a therapist, a legal aid line, or a mundane safety resource, I'll give you the name and the number.

The Design Track — Different Path

If you're designing, not delegating.

Design cases run a different flow: intake → $75 fit-check divination → ninety-minute working call with me → written protocol delivered → one revision pass → you cast. Tier B adds an illustrated companion PDF and a thirty-minute post-cast check-in. No casting is done from my altar on the design track. You provide the materials, you do the ritual, you hold the record.

Every design case opens with a mandatory $75 fit-check divination, paid up front and non-refundable in all cases — same rule as the working intake. If the case isn't designable, isn't safe, or isn't mine to write, I say so and the tier fee is never charged. The $75 stays with me because it paid for the read.

Tier fee refund window (once the fit-check clears and the tier fee is paid): full refund if you cancel before the ninety-minute consult; 50% refund if you cancel after the consult but before written protocol delivery; no refund after protocol delivery. If the delivered protocol materially misrepresents what we agreed on the call and I refuse to correct it in the revision pass, full refund of the tier fee.

The Guarantee — And Its Limits

What I promise. What I don't.

I guarantee craft integrity: the ritual described in your protocol is the ritual I cast. Materials, timing, deities, targets — as written or in writing before any change. If it can be shown I deviated from the protocol without your consent, you get a full refund of the ritual fee.

I do not guarantee outcomes. Any practitioner who does is lying or selling you a candle. Magic is applied pressure. It changes probability, not physics, and it works alongside mundane action, never instead of it. If your case needs a lawyer, a doctor, or an escape plan, no working replaces those.
