Response times
Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern time. This desk is not monitored for emergencies: in danger now, call 911; domestic violence 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788; crisis, call or text 988. What I don't respond to
- Requests for free readings, free divination, or free casework
- Vague "I need a curse on someone" messages with no case context — start at intake
- Threats, harassment, or attempts to pressure me about someone else's case
- Requests to break confidentiality on past or current clients
